Having come from a consumer marketing background, I bring a strategic perspective to everything we do. Investigative by nature, I have a passion for getting under the skin of consumer behaviour and understanding how and why we behave as we do, and what the triggers for change are.
I thrive on creativity, running regular brainstorming sessions for clients and the team with a view to challenging mainstream thinking and ensuring that wherever and whenever possible, Spink do things a little differently, ensuring our campaigns achieve measurable cut-through.
As a working mum, I encourage a healthy work-life balance for everybody in the agency, and having spent decades commuting to London, love coming to work in our beautiful, rural setting, surrounded by a fun and talented team.
